About:China Business Visa

I am in China in M class visa 2 entries

As I have M category can I entry second time within two days ?.
Exit within 30days and come back next day go to hong kong is ok with the immigration laws?.

A friend of mine even took a plane on the morning to HK then came back the same day with a M visa two entries :)
