About:China Train

I work at a university in China. Can I have my tickets delivered to an office at the university?

And if I order a series of tickets for dates between January 19th and February 1st, when is the soonest they would be available for delivery or pick-up at the station?

Thank you for your inquiry.
For ticket collect at railway station, the earliest time would be 30 days in advance. You can collect the ticket by using our pick up number and all passengers passports. For the delivery option, the paper ticket begin for sale 28 days in advance. As it will also need about 3 days on the way for delivery, the earliest time to get delivered ticket would be around 24 or 25 days in advance.
