China Train Travel While Pregnant

Are there any restrictions on traveling by train in China while pregnant? I'd like to take a train from Guangzhou to Beijing in my 37th week of pregnancy.

There is no restriction about it, but if for 37th week of pregnancy, personally speaking, maybe it is better not to travel far
