About:China Transit Visa

Is it obliged to obtain a permit, for Guangzhou Airport 'Mini hotel'?

On our flight from Amsterdam to Auckland and in return, we have a transit at Guangzhou Airport.
At 28/12-2018 w'll stay there for about 7 hours, and at 03/03/2019 for 16 hours. We would like to stay at the 'mini hotel' at the airport. Do we need a special permit to pass customs to reach the 'mini hotel'?

You can enjoy 24h twov in Guangzhou in both directions. Just apply for the 24h twov and the temporary stay permit after arrival.
