where do i clear china immigrations

I plan to take high speed train from Hong Kong to Zhongshan, transferring train in Guangzhou.Do I clear China immigration in Guangzhou or Zhongshan?

If you will transfer by high speed train HK-Guangzhou-Zhongshan, you will clear the immigration in HK before your boarding. You need to apply the visa in advance for this trip. This trip does not apply visa on arrival policy.
