About:China Visa on Arrival

I am an Indonesia passport holder. Can I apply the Hainan VoA without booking a hotel?

Hi.. Because I plan to stay at Beijing to visit relatives.
And can I leave China from Beijing with Hainan VoA?

You cannot travel to mainland china on a Hainan 30 day VOA. Its also not for family visits but those going through a tour agency.
