I will arrived to Kunming Changshui Airport at 00.15

I would like to go to Cuihu. The hotel is near Cuihu. (upland international Youth Hostel) How can I get there ?

I plan to go by shuttle bus no.2 to Jinjiang Hotel and tranfer to taxi to the hotel.

Can I get there by shuttle bus no.2 at that time?

And if I plan to go by taxi how much will that be ?
