Renew or apply new M visa while still in china

visa detail
Issues date: 26 oct 2017
Enter Before: 26 oct 2018
Duration of stay: 60 days.

I entered on 24 Sept 2018 and can stay until 22 Nov 2018. is that right'?
My question is can I renew or apply new M at Public Security Bureau (PSB) Exit and Entry Administration office?

It's possible for you to renew M type at Public Security Bureau (PSB) Exit and Entry Administration office.
