About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Is that routing okay?

I will fly Germany > BKK (4h transfer) > PVG (staying 5 days in Shanghai) > HKG (2h transfer) > BKK (staying 5 days in Bangkok ) > FRA.

That should be fine for 144h free entry to China?

You're totally right.
BKK - PVG - HKG is just the only detail the chinese immigration is interest for and it fits for the 144h twov.

Great, I thought a transfer during a flight would not change the country of origin, but in my case it will change it from Germany to Thailand, understood! Thanks a lot for your fast help!!
