change chinees tourist l into x2 student once im in china

hi, is anyone knows if i can change, transfer, my Chinese tourist l into a student x once im in China? and where? my countries embassy?thanks

That's possible. You can try to apply for that from the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can be done, you don't need to go back to your countries for that.
