I cannot cancel my appointment online

I made an appointment to go to the San Francisco Chinese Consulate tomorrow, but I have to cancel the appointment and the website said that I cannot cancel or reschedule. Can anyone help me?

If so, you are advised to contact the consulate can your reschedule after you miss the appointment date.

Onuoha, what you should do at present is to report your situation to the local police station, and then pay the fine CNY500 per day; the capped amount won’t exceed CNY10,000. Afterwards, you can apply for an exit pass to leave China.
