I hold Nepalese Passport travelling with my wife n daughter who are Russian PP holders.... flying from USA thru Guangzhou, china ... onward to kathmandu,Nepal.. layover in china Guangzhou for 15 hours... would we be able to go out of the airport with 24 transit free visa????
