If f you go to China for sightseeing purpose, you need to provide a filled-out application form affixed with a passport-style photo, your passport and its photocopy, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation. Next, submit the application to the Chinese embassy or consulate general to apply for tourist L type. You need to find an agency to help you apply for the Tibet permission.0
