About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Bangkok-Beijing- Pyongyang - Beijing

I would fly to Beijing from Bangkok, and I would take a train to Pyongyang for 6 nights and back (with a tour company). Am I eligible for the 144 hour visa or I must take a plane to Pyongyang?

You cannot go to Pyongyang by rail, because the train does not leave from Beijing West station. You must fly or get a visa.
