About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit
Shanghai visa free for Koreans and US citizens if they board 6 days cruise ship to Japan
We plan to arrive in Shanghai on 12/15 by air from Korea, and board on cruise ship to Japan from Shanghai port for 6days. We will stop by Kumamoto and Fukuoka in Japan and will come back to Shanghai port by 12/20.
Then we plan to sightseeing Shanghai on 12/20 and 12/21 for 2days and leaving Shanghai to Korea on night of 12/21 by air.
We think we would be OK since we(Koreans and Americans) arrive in Shanghai and travel to 3rd country(Japan) by cruise ship and return to Shanghai. We will only stay Shanghai total of approx. 3days or so.
I just want to confirm this, since we will 1st arrive Shanghai by air and 2nd time by ship. Then eventually leaving Shanghai to Korea by air. Please confirm.
