how to get philippine passport orchinese passport

Hi. My father is a chinese citizen born and raised here in the Philippines. His birth certificate indicates chinese as his citizenship. And eversine he did not paying yearly for his alien certificate of registration here in the philippines my father born here in philippines since 1947,his parents was born in china. Now he wants to apply for a philippine passport or chinese passport butwe dont know how....please help us....thank you

To apply for a Chinese passport, first, make an online appointment for the application.
Prepare a completed application form, and 2 passport-style photos, Chinese citizenship certificate, residence permit in there, and then submit the application to the embassy or the consulate where you resides.
