15 days in tianjin

Hi. Good day. I'm planning to travel to tianjin for 15 days in December. Is there any festival or program we can attend?

As I know, Dec. 22 is the Winter Solstice and they may have some celebrations but I'm not very sure about that. Besides that, the young people may also celebrate the Christmas.
