Hi! I would like to know if it is possibile to visit the statue on foot during the last week of November.  Thanks in advance!

I'm afraid you cannot because Jiuqu walkways the only way down to the Buddha is under construction and you are advised to take a boat on the river to get the full view of the whole Buddha.
