About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

USA-Shanghai-Hong Kong, Hong Kong-Beijing-USA

Is it possible to obtain two transit visas in a short amount of time? For example, in this scenario, staying in HKG for only one night?

You don't need transit visas. If you have a US passport that route will qualify for transit without visa.
