What's ahead of me?
When I assumed the workload of a manager (I am a staff level) and new bosses came in 3yrs ago, my promotion was disregarded. But despite the disappointment, I still continued to perform on the assumed managerial tasks (until now) and was applauded for my work in all our projects which motivated me to perform better every project. But after 3yrs, Im starting to feel really violated and would like to voice out to our legal team and higher ups. How will this affect my employment status and relationship with my immediate boss? I am actually not considering resignation due to proximity to my residence as I am a single parent of 2 - ages 13 and 3. What the stars are telling about this? I was born June 1981.
