Singaporean going for private course in China - Type of visa required

I am a Singaporean and planning to attend a private computer course in Shanghai for 3 months. Which type of visa should I apply, Student (x) or Business (F)? Can I apply for 6-month Double Entry if I would like to go for sightseeing in China upon completion of the course ? What is required for application of the entry permit? Many thanks Sim

Hi, maybe you can apply for an F type for that, and you may need to prepare the relevant documents including your passport and copy of its data page, a fully filled-out application form affixed with a passport-style photo, and an invitation letter. You can contact the CAVSC to confirm that beforehand.
