About:Urumqi Diwopu Airport

Do we require a transit visa for China?

We are travelling to NewZealand from Kazakhstan and are flying via Urumqi (11hr5min layover), then Guangzhou (6hr45min layover), then to Auckland. Our total layover time in China is then 17h55min.

If you hold Kazakhstan passport, you are required Chinese visa.
