About:China Visa on Arrival

Visa for Phil passport holder

Hi my family will go on cruise this Dec 9 2018 via star cruises in Sanya China their port of entry is Manila and their port or exit is Manila also btw they are holding Phil passport. Do they need to obtain entry permit even if for one day only specifically 8hrs only in Sanya China

If they can find a travel agency to receive them in Hainan, they can ask the agency to help them apply for the visa-free access. In this case, they don't need a visa for that trip.
