If I submit my application to the Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 19 Nov (Monday), around 1pm and I opt for Rush Application (2 working days);
On which day will I be able to collect my passport?
I'm a Malaysian.
Purpose to China is for holiday.
