manila-shanghai/singapore-manila
pls guide...our US citizen guests will fly first to Manila for a visit. after which they will fly from Manila to Shanghai to join the Celebrity Cruises scheduled to leave the next day. The cruise will end in Singapore, and guests will fly back to Manila from SG. Is this still eligible to get a 144hour visa free? thanks.
