About:Shenzhen North Railway Station

Can someone tell the hours where the ticket window is open ?

I would like to pick up my tickets a day before to avoid any crowd. I will be coming in from Hong Kong, would they be open around 11:00 pm ?

I can see that there is still a train departs from Shenzhen North Station at 11:12pm. So the office should still on duty at that time. It would be better if you can be there for collection before 11pm. Also, Shenzhen railway station should work as well.

Thank you...I also notice there are 2 stations East & West, so how do I know which I should go ?

The East and West Station are less frequently used. There are less rides a day there so they may not work until late night. Any of them can be used for the collection. You can decide the one to use for ticket collection based on your time and distance to each of them.

Do anyone which is the closet train station once I clear Chinese immigration at Huanggang. I have an early train to catch next day and would like to pick up the tickets a day before. Will the ticket window open around 10:00 pm ?

The closest station to Huanggang is Futian station. You could take a taxi, which takes about 10min, costs around CNY20.
