About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Arriving in Shanghai Airport 4 Jan. 2019 getting on a cruise ship 5 Jan.

Where in the PVG airport do I go to get a 72 or 144 hour transit visa?
