About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Can I apply for a second VISA to China (I am French) in the same year?

I have been in China with a tourist L for 30 days (all the month of october). I would like to come back to China to visit my girlfriend for 2 weeks in December, is it possible?
