About:FAQ on China Postal Service

how do I return a package to the sender in China?

The package was ordered express mail nearly 1 month ago and was supposed to take 5-8 days for shipping.
Instead it arrived today and is no longer needed. How do I return this package to the sender?

If you haven't received it, you can refuse to sign and it will return to the original. If you have signed, then contact the sender and tell him/her that you don't need it any more. And the seller will tell you the return address.
