About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

An additional stopover

Hi there!
I am planning to fly from AKL NZ to the Nothern Russia via Beijing and Harbin by Air China.
Is any twov(24/72h) available if I am going to take one domestic flight from Beijing to Harbin and return?

No.You cannot apply for free transit in Beijing if you want to have a flight to Harbin and return. You need a visa beforehand.
