Train would be okay too, but I don’t believe that any train stops within Heng County.

Taking a bus to Heng County is suggested. In Langdong Bus Station, Jiangnan Bus Station and Xixiangtang Bus Station, there are buses available to Heng County.  But I suggest you take the bus at Jiangnan Bus Station with more buses.
