What is the second class seat like on train D2368?
I was informed that they are not normal seats but beds?

I think you mean the transformed seats right? On some of the rides, they do not have normal seats. Instead, passengers will sit on the lower bed of a soft sleeper bed, 3 passengers on same bed. If you want to know how it looks like, you can check the photos of soft sleeper cabin.0
