can i get out of airport in my 3 layovers (kuming & shangha) below for sight seeing

Toronto - Shanghai -Kuming (transit 12 hrs) - DhakaDhaka - Kuming (layover 18 hrs) - Shanghai (layover 18 hrs)- Toronto I have a Canadian Passport. Can I go out of airport in my all three (as above) transit time without visa  for sight seeing and resting in hotel?

For your return trip to Canada you need a visa as 2 stops limit you to  24h transit time in China.On your first leg your transit time in China is 12 hours from scheduled arrival time in Shanghai to the scheduled departure time in Kunming?Then you're fine for the 24h transit and you don't need a visa.I don't know how long  you'll be in Shanghai the first time but there's no guarantee that the immigration will give you a temporary permit.
