About:China Visa on Arrival
Do Malaysian need visa to travel Hongkong - Zuhai bridge for a day trip visit ?

Yes. No VOAs are issued at the bridge. Your alternative is to go to Macau, get a VOA at Gongbei if you can, then return to HK from Zhuhai.
