Shanghai cruise departure with stopping Beiging

I am a Canadian taking a cruise from Shanghai. We are staying two night in Shanghai prior to the cruise departure. The ship then sails to Seoul, Korea then docks in Tianjin for 3 days/2 nights we will go to Beijing for 2 overnights. Do we qualify for the 144 hour twov?

It depends on the next port of call after Tianjin. If you’re going back to S Korea or another mainland China port then you’ll need a visa. Otherwise you won’t.
