As per Hangzhou bus website, there is a Y 13 that can bring us from Wulin Square to Yue temple.

Does it exist? What is the running frequency in Feb. 2019??

The bus Y13 doesn't run this route but there is indeed the special bus line 13 existing. The bus usually departs from 09:00 to 16:30 from Wulin Square.
