Terracotta Warriors is located near Xian. From Shanghai to Xi'an, you can take either high speed train or flight. However, since there is no direct bus from the Xi'an Xianyang International Airport to the Terracotta Warriors, you will need to take airport shuttle to Xi'an Railway Station first (an hour), and then take tourist bus line 5 (306) to the museum in another one hour.

If you take a high speed train, you may take the free shuttle bus from North Railway station to the museum directly. The bus ride takes around an hour. By the way, to take the free shuttle bus, you will need to buy the ticket of the museum at the railway station in exchange for a free ride to the scenic spot. The bus leaves every hour from 8 am to 4 pm. Hope it helps.
