Left China before I got my residence permit

Left China before I got my residence permit. Already did the medical exam and got my work permit card. How do re enter China again to complete the process? Will a tourist L work or I need my employer to start all over again?

If you want to re-enter mainland China, you need to apply for a tourist L type beforehand.
