how much is transit visa?

Im Philippine passport holder. I plan to travel via SG-Guanzhou-Manila. I have to transfer to different airline so i have to get out of immigration, do i need to get a single entry visa?

If your total layover time in Guangzhou is less than 24 hours, you can apply for the 24h twov which is free of charge in Guangzhou.
