About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi I wish to travel to from Malaysia to Beijing for 6 days (144 hours) then fly back from Beijing

Would that be possible? I am a british citizen with a british passport

Sorry, I meant from Malaysia, stay in Beijing, then fly out from Beijing. Am I eligible for the 144h free trip?

Yes, if you fly non-stop to a third country (not Malaysia, not China).
