Transfer from CDG-CAN AF flight (arr. T2) to KA 0789 flight to Hongkong (departs T1)- VISA needed?

Just for information. Can I transfer between these two terminals (T2-T1) without a Chinese visa? I have it, but will cross the border a few days later, going from HKG to CAN.

Yes, you can transfer without a Chinese visa if you get on your connecting flight and leave China within 24 hours. And you can also cross border a few days later if you have the interline tickets to the third country from HK via CAN.
