About:China Visa

China Visa. Hi, my boss is a US citizen and has a US passport.

But he will be traveling to China via Singapore and back to Singapore. Can he apply for a Chinese entry permit in the US or must he apply for entry permit in Singapore?

He can apply for the Chinese visa from the China embassy or consulate general in US.

He can apply for a visa in SG provided that he holds a long-term pass or a PR ID. However he might not be issued a 10-year visa.
