Transit visa through China

Hello, I'm Bulgarian ciizen and My flight is London GTW-CTU (Chengdu) (8.5 hours layover)- BKK Thailand and on my way back BKK - PEK ( 5.5 hours layover) - London.
Do I qualify for the free transits?
