How can the time(144hours) be calculated?

For example, I arrive at Shanghai Pudong airport 5am 10th November. So 144hours starts from 5am 10th November? Or from 10th or 11th nov?

The policy starts from 11th November 00:00am to 16th November 23:59pm.
