About:Chinese Embassy in Portugal
I am a Portugues Citizen and have a 3 hour stop over in Guangzhou, China, do I need a Visa?

If your travel route would be country A-Guangzhou-country B, you can use 24h twov in Guangzhou, and no visa will be needed.
