About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Honk Hing Visa for a Srilankan national with Australian Permanent Resident status.

My wife (a srilankan paaport holder with permanent resident status ) is planning a trip to Hong Hong fir a 6 night stay; and a return trip via Hong Hong (on transit). What office in Melbourne, she has to visit. Is it the Visa Center in 570, St Kilda Road or the Chinese Consulate in Melbourne. Reply requested

If she wants to apply for HK, she cannot go to the CVASC, she can submit the application to the Chinese consulate general in Melbourne.
