There is no Huangqi Long-distance Bus Station in this city and I guess you mean the Jieyang Railway Station at the foot of the Huangqi Mountain.Besides, there is no direct airport bus line to the railway station. And you need to first take the bus No.9 and get off at Wepulukou where to transfer to the bus No.11 and get off at the Huangqi Mountain Lukou. Then walk about 10 minutes to the railway station.
