24 hour TWOV for Malaysian

Hi,
I am planning to purchase air ticket from Malaysia transiting in Shenzhen within 14 hours. Am I eligible for the free 24 hour TWOV? Thanks

There is no free transit in Shenzhen, so you cannot do that. You need a visa for that trip beforehand.
