About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Two Different airline carriers

Hello,

Just wondering if flying on two different airline carriers will make any difference to the 144hr rule.Flying From Orlando to Singapore with United. Then flying to Hong Kong with Cathy Pacific staying a few days then onward to Shanghai also on Cathy. Staying three days in Shanghai then flying back to Orlando from Shanghai again on United.

I do believe I should have no problems?
