Arriving Beijing Capital Airport at 5:30am, will have 6 hours in the city.

are there any places that are open that we can visit?

We are thinking about Nan Luo Gu Xiang, what's the best way to get to there?

To be honest, if you will transfer to another flight in the airport, you’d better stay in the airport to make sure you won't miss your connecting flight, because it is too tight to visit during the 6 hours. There are many restaurants and shops in the airport where you can kill time.
